Disclaimer - Effective Date: December 1, 2025
1. No Therapist-Client Relationship
Visiting this website or contacting me through it does not create a therapist-client relationship. A formal relationship is only established once we have signed an agreement and scheduled sessions.
2. Informational Purposes Only
The content on this site, including blog posts, free resources, or emails, is for educational purposes only. It is not therapy, counseling, medical advice, or a substitute for professional treatment.
3. Crisis Situations

4. External Links and Resources
Any links or recommendations to external resources are for convenience only. I do not endorse, control, or guarantee their accuracy or safety.
Telehealth Privacy & Compliance
For clients who participate in teletherapy, I use secure, HIPAA-compliant platforms to protect your privacy and ensure confidentiality just as I would in an in-person session. I ask that teens join sessions from a quiet, private location where they feel comfortable speaking freely, and I provide guidelines for how to set up a safe and distraction-free space.
All telehealth communication—including video, audio, and messaging—is encrypted, and no sessions are recorded. My priority is to make virtual therapy both convenient and secure so teens and families can access care with confidence.
